A delightful tingling balance where spirit forward cocktails meet a decadent winter sensation. Smoky Del Maguey Vida Mezcal meets Cocchi Chinota to create a bitter, herbal and smoky balance rounded out by Lillet Blanc. Rhubi Mistelle comes forward with a rhubarb like sweetness that gives this cocktail its playful balance.
Finished off with a Barberry Chantilly cream layered on top that coats the palate in ordered to bring out the best in all the ingredients.
