Bon Ap’, the go-to spot for a slice of Paris in Fitzroy, will dazzle you with exquisite grazing stations and canapés. It’s classic French flavours with a Melbourne twist.

The Eau de Vie team will shake and stir their way through five signature cocktails, with a side of fiery theatrics. Throw in a Champagne tower, an absinthe fountain, a live jazz band and free-flowing beer and wine, and you’ve got a night that’s très chic.
