Booking Durations
All bookings will be closely held to their 90 minute booking period, with a maximum party size of 14 guests permitted. If you have multiple bookings for the same date and time, your parties will likely not be sat together nor will they be able to mingle between tables.

Can I bring infants/ children to the venue?
Due to our licensing restrictions, all patrons must be over the age of 18 years old. Children or infants are not permitted in the venue, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian or attending a private event.

How do I modify a booking?
All booking can be modified via our reservations widget up to 48 hours before your booking time. If you would like to make a change to your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, please give us a call at (02) 7225 5559.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Do you take reservations for just drinks?
Yes, you are more than welcome to enjoy either food or drinks when you make a reservation with us.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards except Diners. A surcharge fee applies for all credit card and Speakeasy Group app payments.

Sunday and Public Holiday Surcharges
Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How do I start a bar tab?
A bar tab can be started with a credit card and a valid driver’s license or passport. Please note we are fully-seated table service cocktail bar.

Dress code
We are not the fashion police, however please be aware we do require all of our guests to observe a “smart casual” dress code. If you have any questions regarding the dress code please give us a call.

Where can I smoke?
Eau-De-Vie is a non-smoking venue, we ask patrons to vacate the venue if they wish to smoke.

Do you have disabled access for all parts of the venue?
Yes we do have disabled access to Eau-De-Vie. Please call ahead to discuss with the venue if you require access.

Birthday celebrations!
Please let your host in venue know if it is your birthday, we will always make your visit extra special.

Can I bring a birthday cake and is there a charge?
You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake, we have a $5.00 per person service fee.

Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
We can absolutely accommodate non-alcohol drinking guests and offer a few of our signature cocktails in mocktail form. We can also offer Non-alcohol options in all our exclusive Eau-De-Vie Experiences for example, Masterclasses and the Cocktail Degustation. The talented bar tenders make all their own syrups, shrubs, and cordials in-house, and we pride ourselves on all guests having the Eau-De-Vie experience whether it’s with alcohol or not.

Do we cater to dietary requirements?
Eau-De-Vie takes every possible precaution when catering to dietary requirements however cannot guarantee the absence of egg, nut, soy, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish from anything produced in our kitchen. Serious or threatening dietaries require a reservation and a minimum 48 hours notice prior to attending.

Can I BYO?
Eau-De-Vie is not a BYO venue, we have a fully licensed bar with an extensive and unique range of beverages.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website here. All vouchers are sent via PDF to the nominated email address and require 48 hours for processing. Please check your junk or spam folders for your purchased gift voucher if you have yet to receive it. We unfortunately don’t sell Masterclass specific Gift Vouchers however you can redeem our normal vouchers on this experience.

Please note gift vouchers are valid at the specific venue they have been purchased for and have a 3 year validity period. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any special offers, promotions, or discounts. We ask that you present the voucher at time of your reservation or Masterclass booking.

I’ve lost something!
We keep all lost property in-venue for up to two weeks, enquiries can be made via e-mail or telephone during office hours.
