Eau-De-Vie Sydney is a cozy, dimly lit speakeasy designed for the discerning bon vivant. Our friendly hosts and skilled bartenders invite you to an era where exceptional service and great cocktails prevail.
Eau-De-Vie, meaning “water of life” in French, celebrates spirits like brandy, whisk(e)y, and vodka, which are believed to be elixirs of life.
Our enormous back bar takes centre stage where our bartenders shake, stir, flame and throw iconic Eau De Vie cocktails such as the Smoky Rob Roy and Yuzu Mule, along with many innovative concoctions.
The Whisky Room boasts a collection of rare whiskies and Bottle Lockers for storing your favourite spirits for future visits. It can also serve as a private space for events with 15 to 40 guests, or as an ideal spot to enjoy a whisky when available.

Please note that should you have multiple bookings for the same date and time your parties will not be sat together nor will they be able to mingle between tables.
